How it runs

What happens next, step by step.

1

Camera diagnosis

A CCTV crawler runs the line and maps every fault, junction and metre. We locate the problem before anything is touched.

2

High pressure clean

Roots and scale are cut and jetted out, so the old pipe is a clean host for the new one.

3

Structural liner, cured in place

A resin saturated structural liner is inverted through the pipe and cured hard. A new seamless pipe forms inside the old one.

4

Post cure CCTV pass

We run the camera again and hand you the footage. You see the finished bore, sealed end to end.

What's locked in

  • CCTV survey with a written fault map before any quote
  • Rate card pricing published on this site, checked against your metres
  • Trenchless reline: the lawn, driveway and paving stay where they are
  • Post cure CCTV footage handed over with the invoice
  • 50 year warranty on the structural liner, in writing

Where the cheap quote moves

  • A "camera inspection" that produces no footage, just a scary verbal verdict
  • A $13,000 quote after a $900 jet and camera visit, with nothing itemised
  • An excavator booked before the fault is even located
  • A "report" that turns out to be the wording on the invoice
  • A warranty that lives on a business card, not on paper
Watch this before you book

The questions every customer asks, answered once.

What does pipe relining cost?
The rate card is on this site: setup $2,500 plus $450 per metre at 100mm, junctions $650 each, patches from $2,500. A typical 10 metre house sewer lands at $7,000. The cost page has a calculator that reproduces our worked examples exactly.
Do you really not dig anything up?
On most jobs, nothing. The liner goes in through existing access points and cures inside the old pipe. If a fully collapsed section needs a small access hole, the camera shows it first and it is a line on the quote before work starts.
How fast can you get here if the drain is overflowing?
We run emergency CCTV callouts across Sydney 7 days. We clear the blockage first, then run the camera so you know exactly what failed, with footage instead of a verbal verdict.
How do I know you found what you say you found?
You watch the footage with us, and you keep it. Every fault is logged by distance on the recording. A camera visit that produces no footage is the biggest red flag in this trade, ours included.
How long does the repair actually last?
The cured liner is a structural pipe with a design life beyond 50 years, so the warranty is 50 years, in writing, handed over with your post cure footage. The noun on our paperwork is warranty, and it is written down.
Which parts of Sydney do you cover?
The metro: Inner West, North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire and the Hills District, from our Marrickville base with no travel surcharge inside 30km. If you are outside that, call and we will tell you straight.

Where we work, and whose rules apply

Private sewer, council stormwater or a Sydney Water asset: the rules change at the boundary shaft.

Who owns the pipe decides who approves the repair. We map the line on CCTV, tell you which side of the boundary the fault sits, and run the right approval pathway before any work.

Private sanitary drainage

Your pipe, our licence: relined under NSW Fair Trading Lic. 123456C (DEMO), certified to AS/NZS 3500
