Why Reline exists
We are a Sydney trenchless crew built on one idea: film the fault, publish the price, prove the repair. This page is who we are and how we work.
This trade has a trust problem it earned. Buyers pay hundreds for a camera visit, never see the footage, and get handed five figure verdicts to approve on faith. The pipe is out of sight, so the price is too.
Reline started in 2012 (a demo composite of the honest end of this niche) to run it the other way: the camera goes down first, you watch the recording with us, and the quote is arithmetic from a rate card anyone can read on this site.
If I cannot show you the fault on camera, I have no business quoting you for it.
Today we reline sewer and stormwater lines across Sydney: homeowners, strata schemes and plumber referrals, with no travel surcharge within 30km of Marrickville.
Four things we will not compromise on.
How we do it. How cowboys do it.
A camera first. Never a shovel.
Nothing is quoted before it is filmed. The crawler maps your line, you watch the footage with us, and the fault has a metre mark before it has a price.
The price is on the page
The rate card is published on this site. Your quote is the surveyed metres and junctions priced from that card, fixed in writing before work starts.
We turn up when we say we will
Same day callback, a survey typically inside 48 hours, and emergency CCTV callouts 7 days. A straight answer if anything shifts.
Cured, not covered
Every reline ends with a post cure camera pass and a written 50 year liner warranty. If a seal we made ever fails, we return, re camera the line and fix it.
We are not for everyone, and that is the point.
Relining fixes structural faults. If your line does not have one, we will show you that on camera and leave it alone.
We are the right fit if you want the fault proven before it is priced, and the repair proven before it is invoiced. We are rarely the cheapest number, and our worked examples are printed where you can check them. If a $300 jet clears a sound line, that is the honest answer and you will get it.

A small crew, not a call centre.

Founder, licensed drainer
Fourteen years in trenchless repair. Dan ran CCTV and jetting crews on Sydney Water contract work before founding Reline to bring published pricing to the trade.

Operations, strata programs
Runs the strata and property manager side: scheduling around residents, CCTV records for the owners corporation file, and itemised invoicing that survives an AGM.
Camera, clean, line, prove.
Camera diagnosis
A CCTV crawler runs the line and maps every fault, junction and metre. We locate the problem before anything is touched.
High pressure clean
Roots and scale are cut and jetted out, so the old pipe is a clean host for the new one.
Structural liner, cured in place
A resin saturated structural liner is inverted through the pipe and cured hard. A new seamless pipe forms inside the old one.
Post cure CCTV pass
We run the camera again and hand you the footage. You see the finished bore, sealed end to end.
Start with the camera. Book a CCTV inspection.
Tell us what you need. We’ll book a walkthrough and send a quote with the work itemised, not just a number.
