The flagship repair

Full line pipe relining

A resin saturated structural liner is inverted through your failed pipe and cured hard in place. A new seamless pipe forms inside the old one, roots lose their way in, and the garden above never knows it happened.

Scope

What this job includes.

  • High pressure jetting cuts roots and scale out of the host pipe

How we quote it

A fixed price, itemised line by line.

We quote the full scope up front, with the work and materials priced against each part of the job, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.

The 7-line quote
  1. 1 A camera first, never a shovel. A CCTV crawler runs the full line and maps every fault, junction and metre before anything is touched or quoted.
  2. 2 The quote comes from the rate card. Setup plus a rate per metre, junctions priced on their own. The same card is printed on this site, so you can check our maths.
  3. 3 A structural liner, cured in place. A resin saturated structural liner is inverted through the old pipe and cured hard. A new seamless pipe forms inside the old one.
  4. 4 A post cure CCTV pass, handed to you. We run the camera again and you keep the footage. The job is proven sealed end to end before we leave.
If a quote doesn’t show these lines, you can’t compare it, and you don’t know what’s been cut.
How it runs

What happens, step by step.

1

Camera diagnosis

A CCTV crawler runs the line and maps every fault, junction and metre. We locate the problem before anything is touched.

2

High pressure clean

Roots and scale are cut and jetted out, so the old pipe is a clean host for the new one.

3

Structural liner, cured in place

A resin saturated structural liner is inverted through the pipe and cured hard. A new seamless pipe forms inside the old one.

4

Post cure CCTV pass

We run the camera again and hand you the footage. You see the finished bore, sealed end to end.

Licensed, insured, warranted

The paperwork behind the price.

Public liability cover to $20 million (DEMO), and a 50 year warranty on the structural liner, in writing, all in writing, all on request.

The insurance, and any licence this work requires, are not decoration. They mean the job is held to a standard and your property is covered while we are on site.

The licence, the insurance, the warranty, and how to check each one.

Questions, answered

Full line pipe relining: common questions.

How much does a full line reline cost in Sydney?
Our rate card is public: setup $2,500 plus $450 per metre at 100mm. A typical 10 metre house sewer lands at $7,000, inside the Sydney market band of $5,500 to $7,500. Junctions are $650 each at 100mm. The cost guide page has a calculator that reproduces these figures exactly.
How long does relining take, and can we use the drains that day?
Most single line residential relines are done in a day. The liner cures in hours, we run the proof camera the same visit, and the line is back in service that evening. You will know the schedule before we start because the CCTV survey has already measured the job.
How long does a cured in place liner actually last?
The liner is a structural pipe in its own right with a design life beyond 50 years, which is why the warranty is 50 years and issued in writing. It is not a coating; it is a new pipe formed inside the old one.
Will you need to dig anything up?
On most jobs, no. The liner goes in through existing access points. Where a line has fully collapsed and lost its bore, a small access excavation can be needed at one point, and if the camera shows that, it is a line on the quote before work starts, never a surprise after.
